Hoop Dance Exploration for Mind, Body, and Community
Hooping is a great way to lift your mood, get a full-body workout, and share joy with those around you while staying at a safe distance, outside in the open air.
No experience necessary! I’ll teach you all the basics and beyond. We learn to hula hoop around the waist, plus tons of other movements and tricks both on and off the body. We pay special attention to exercise safety with warmups, stretches, and modification options.
Everyone will find their own “flow” within a fun, supportive group. Come as you are, be yourself, release some stress, and leave class hooping more than you could before!
Clean, handmade dance hoops of all sizes are available for use during class.
